PAYMENT
We are currently developing an e-commerce site, but for now orders are accepted by phone at (708) 445-1817. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We'll need your card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code (on the back of the card), name as it appears on card, phone number, billing address and shipping address.

Checks or money orders must be made payable to Modern Quilt Studio and sent to Modern Quilt Studio, 719 Iowa Street, Oak Park IL 60302. Please call to confirm availability of items before sending payment.

All orders sent within Illinois are charged 9% sales tax. Fabric is cut to order and quilts are made to order. All sales are final.

SHIPPING
We charge the actual cost of shipping which varies by order. Unless otherwise needed, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are usually sent within 48 hours. High value items will be shipped insured and will require a signature for delivery.

We regret that we cannot always accomodate international shipments. Please contact us for shipping details as the US Postal System frequently changes its shipping regulations and prices.

Custom and Pieced Quilts
Delivery of our pieced and custom quilts averages 8–12 weeks but will be determined at the time of your order. All orders must be prepaid. All sales are final.

Fabrics and colors may vary. We offer a swatch approval service. Custom color work, custom sizing and custom designs are available for an additional charge. Please call for details.
