is no place like a library. Although they are quiet places, the ideas and
images found in libraries are exciting and inspirational.
The
brown background of this quilt is reminiscent of the library tables on
which we stack piles of books while the colors of the books represent the
spectrum of ideas found in them. The palette features a restrained use
of color as if someone had told us, "Keep it down! People are trying to
read."
