limited edition series of 10 wall hangings created for the American Folk
Art Museum Collection celebrates our country’s love of pie: whether your
faborite is apple, blueberry, key lime, or strawberry-rhubarb,“American
Pie” celebrates this pastry crust and fruit delight.
Playfully
pieced binding serves as a decorative “crust.” Swirling, colored stitching
in the “pies” contrasts with a subtle white meandering stitching in the
field giving this quilt a wonderful texture.
We
select beautiful 100% cotton fabrics and use 100% cotton batting. Every
quilt is densely stitched and pre-washed, creating a dynamic pattern and
a durability that would make our ancestors proud.
Size
is approximate. Colors and fabrics may vary, swatches are available for
a $50 charge. Custom sizes are available.
